AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Foemina offers free express delivery for orders over $100 using the express post delivery service from Australia Post. Orders under $100 will be responsible for postage costs. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. Once dispatched, Australia Post guarantees next day delivery (within Australia) for addresses within the express post delivery network and the fastest delivery possible for all other areas (please review Australia Post COVID-19 guidelines for delivery times).

Foemina sends to New Zealand using the express international post service from Australia Post which will take approximately 5 business days. Please refer to international orders below for more details on duties and taxes.

Once shipped you will receive an email directing you to view your order. This is where you will find your Australia Post tracking number. To track your parcel, click on the tracking number which will redirect you to the Australia Post website.

Australia Post parcel deliveries begin at 7am every business day and end at 5pm. If you are not home when the parcel is delivered it will be left in a safe place at your house and a card will be left under your door telling you where it is. If there is no safe place to leave the parcel it will be taken to the closest Australia Post collection point and a card will be left under your door telling you where to collect your parcel from. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders over $300 will receive free shipping. For orders under $300 shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout. Foemina sends internationally using the standard international post service from Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. Once shipped please allow up to the following number of business days:

United States - 5 business days

United Kingdom - 6 business days

China - 8 business days

Once shipped you will receive an email directing you to view your order. This is where you will find your Australia Post tracking number. To track your parcel, click on the tracking number which will redirect you to the Australia Post website.

Because the items are posted without requiring a signature on delivery, the postal service are authorised to complete delivery by either placing the parcel in the letterbox or somewhere safe on the property. If there is no one home and the item cannot be delivered safely on the property, it will be transported to the post office for collection, with notification left for the receiver. If your parcel has been scanned as delivered yet you have not received it, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number and they will investigate the location of delivery.

Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for their order to be returned to passenger in order to receive a refund.

Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.
