Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY
For all full price and sale purchases, our standard 14-day return policy applies.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be received back in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.

There are certain situations where an exchange or refund will not be granted. These include items returned more than 14 days after delivery, or returning any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To request an exchange or refund for an online order, please submit your request within 14 days from the delivery date of your parcel, via our returns portal by clicking the link below.

FOEMINA RETURN PORTAL

1. Once you have submitted your request via the returns portal, a returns label will be generated and emailed to you. Print out, or scan the QR code at your local Australia Post Office and attach the label to your parcel.
2. Please ensure a print out copy of your shipping slip is included with your return.
3. Once your return is received, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. Please expect longer delays during peak periods.

Gift cards are not eligible for return.


RETURN SHIPPING 
Customers returning via post for a refund, will incur a $14 postage fee which is deducted from your refund. Customers returning via post for an exchange or gift card, will receive complimentary return postage.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are required to submit a return through the Foemina Returns Portal, however they will be responsible for the return shipping costs of all items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


INCORRECT/FAULTY ITEMS 
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please email us immediately at hello@foemina.com.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please submit your return to hello@foemina.com with a description and photo of the defect/fault.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.


REFUNDS 
If you requested, and your order qualifies for a refund, you will be credited back to your original method of payment - whether that be a credit card, gift card or buy now, pay later account.

Once your refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 days for the funds to reach your account with this timeframe dependant on your bank.

If you requested a gift card, you will be sent an email with the gift card details. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
If you haven’t received a refund yet first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
