How do I place an order?

Browse and add items to your cart at foemina.com. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. Please contact us at hello@foemina.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on all orders.

How much does shipping cost within Australia?

Standard delivery with Australia Post is free on all orders over AU $100. Orders under AU $100 incur a flat rate of AU $10. Express delivery (1–3 business days in available areas) is AU $12.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days. Express delivery takes 1–3 business days in available areas.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Foemina ships worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on full price and sale items within 14 days of the order date. Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Submit your request within 14 days of your order date through the Foemina Returns Portal. A return label will be generated and emailed to you. Print it out or scan the QR code at your local Australia Post office.

Is return shipping free?

Customers returning for an exchange or store credit receive complimentary return postage. Customers returning for a refund will have AU $15 deducted from their refund to cover return postage.

What about international returns?

International customers must submit returns through the Foemina Returns Portal and are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

What items cannot be returned?

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items returned more than 14 days after purchase, or not in original condition, will not be accepted.

How do I find my size?

All Foemina garments are true to size unless otherwise noted on the product page. Our model is 179–180cm and wears AU size 8. A full size guide is available at foemina.com/pages/size-guide.

What sizes do you stock?

Foemina garments are available in AU sizes 6 to 16.

Can't find your size online?

Some sizes may be available through our stockists. Visit foemina.com/pages/stockists or contact us at hello@foemina.com for assistance.

How should I care for my Foemina garments?

Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment label. As a general guide: cotton and tencel styles are gentle machine washable in a laundry bag; silk and wool pieces require hand washing or dry cleaning. Always refer to the individual garment care instructions.

Are your fabrics sustainable?

Many Foemina garments are made from OEKO-TEX certified organic cotton, which is free from harmful chemicals and certified to international safety standards. We are committed to considered material choices across our collections.

Does Foemina offer gift cards?

Yes. Foemina e-gift cards are available in denominations of $100, $150, $200, $250, $300, $350, $400, $450 and $500. They are delivered by email and are valid for two years from the date of issue.

How do I purchase a gift card?

E-gift cards are available to purchase directly at foemina.com/products/gift-card.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Enter your gift card code at checkout. Gift cards can be used on any order at foemina.com.

Can a gift card be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards and discount codes can be used together at checkout.

Can gift cards be used in-store at stockists?

Foemina e-gift cards are valid for online purchases at foemina.com only and cannot be redeemed at stockist locations.

Foemina is an Australian womenswear label founded by Rebecca McKenzie and Holly Chandler. The name is the Latin word for woman. The brand designs considered capsule collections with architectural silhouettes and enduring fabrics for the contemporary minimalist woman.
